Full Page (7.5” x 10”)
$400.00 without bleed
$425.00 with bleed

Half Page (7.5” x 4.75”)
$275.00 without bleed
$300.00 with bleed

Quarter Page (3.5” x 4.75”)
$200.00

Please submit ads in one of the following acceptable formats:
PC versions only: .eps, Quark 5.0 or lower, pdf, Photoshop, Abode InDesign CS2

1. Email artwork with disk and a hard copy of ad that contains file.

2. A disk which contains the file with a hard copy of the ad is important! All ads are color. Advertisers must provide camera-ready artwork with 133 line-screen half tones.
Ads may be received via email at constance.jones@hmsdc.org. Allow trim for ads with bleeds.

NOTE: Please size ads to the sizes indicated above. Any resizing of the ads will be done at the discretion of the HMSDC  staff.  All questions should be directed to Constance Y. Jones at (713) 271-7805 or via e-mail at constance.jones@hmsdc.org.
